What if I’m not satisfied with my subscription—can I get my money back?

When you decide to buy a premium plan on Detektify.com, you do so with full consent after trying the tool. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once the payment has been made.

Is a refund possible if I’m charged twice?

Will I get a refund if I purchase during a special offer or discount?

Payments made during sales or special promotions are non-refundable. This is part of our policy. However, you can stop the auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date.

What happens if I’m billed again automatically—can I get that refunded?

We encourage all users to read the subscription details before buying. During checkout, you can choose either manual renewal or auto-renewal.
